At Arspura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Arspura account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the product remains in resellable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
